This building is a gem! The location on 22nd street must be one of the most lovely streets in NY. We turn left and walk to the village, or turn right and walk to Madison Square Park, Eataly, and uptown. The subways are within a block as well. While there is a vibrant new restaurant next door, the building is quiet and peaceful. The maintenance and management staff are excellent and attentive.
