Had an appointment with one of the doctor as a first time patient, got appointment to see the doctor in October when I called them in August, I waited till October and a week before October they text me saying the doctor will be going on vacation and that we gotta cancel appointment, what a waste of time stay away from this office if u value ur time and money.
I am editing my review because I don't think my previous score was fair. I regret my previous one-star review. Dr. Lou has actually been really helpful for me the past couple years as a PCP. I have had numerous health issues and she has tried her best to help me tackle them. She has a really positive and joyful demeanor too. Not a patient. Tried to be one, but was told I needed pre authorization before making an appointment due to being on medicaid. No good bye, just hung up on me. So I called the customer service number with my insurance and then we decided on doing a 3 way call with the office. The CSR with the insurance got out her name and half of the company name that she was with and lady at the Dr's office hung up the phone. CRNP Lou 5 Stars she is Awesome! The RECEPTION DESK different Story! I called to make 2 appointments, receptionist was nice at first , then became Rude, Inpatient & took an Aggressive tone, only to realize that the Problem was strictly on HER END!!! This woman made something as simple as making an appointment** Extremely Difficult**Her Tone was Unwarranted, professionally Rude and Distasteful to say the least. This was Very UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!!!!
Dr. Liu is extremely unhelpful, and the front office staff is miserable and ignorant.
