I just called with an emergent situation and was told I have to wait until October!!!! This is unacceptable!!! The front desk has absolutely no clinical training or knowledge and Jefferson should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I have had wonderful experiences with this practice. I just moved to the area, and was a bit skeptical based on the reviews here. However, Dr. Harden and the staff at the office were welcoming, informative and helpful with my questions. I've had to reach back out after test results (mostly due to my impatience), and they are always timely in getting back to me and informing me of next steps. Very appreciative of my experience with the group!

I was being seen by Dr Faye. She did a few cultures that came back abnormal. When the tests resulted , a prescription was called in for me. A staff member called me to inform me of this ( I’m assuming it was a nurse who called). I didn’t quite understand the infection, it was one I’ve never had before. But it was impossible to get answers to the questions I had. I called the office a few times because I never got a call back or when I did , the response was “this is what dr Faye prescribed.” Yes, I understand that but again ... read more

While we were in the midst of quarantine in 2020, I discovered a large lump on my breast. I went to see my GYN, Dr. Faye, to have it examined. While there, I was dismissed due to my young age and lack of family history with breast cancer. I began to get emotional as it was a very frightening discovery for me.
