I appreciate the services provided and have found everyone there to be very kind and very efficient. My only concern is with scheduling appointments. They are very prompt to return your call and get you an appointment, however they are very impatient on the phone while you’re making the appointment. I completely understand how many people they speak to each day, however making patients feel like a nuisance for needing to make an appointment is counterproductive.
I had to switch from holy redeemer to Abington because of my insurance. Holy redeemer was amazing. Abington is awful. Doctors don’t get back to you. There is like 30 doctors at this practice which makes you feel like just a number. If you have to choice do not choose this practice.
very good with helping you feel safe throughout your exam. came here when my insurance changed but i might just stay with them because they were that good
