I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by a doctor and I was given a sheet with someone else’s vaginal discharge on it to wear. The doctor and med student I saw were knowledgeable and kind. But the hour wait, dirty and stained sheet, as well as having multiple people in the room watch as I got a private examination (an additional person entered during the exam to watch me without my consent) felt like a disregard for my privacy and time. We had a difficult pregnancy and Dr. Perry, Dr. Patel, and their whole team were exceptional. During a challenging time Dr. Perry showed us compassion and treated me as a person as well as a patient. I am thankful for the quality care my baby and I received from Dr. Perry and her team.

I appreciate the services provided and have found everyone there to be very kind and very efficient. My only concern is with scheduling appointments. They are very prompt to return your call and get you an appointment, however they are very impatient on the phone while you’re making the appointment. I completely understand how many people they speak to each day, however making patients feel like a nuisance for needing to make an appointment is counterproductive.
