I had a very successful scheduling with Adam today. Call was taken quickly. He was polite and made sure that my needs were met.
the absolute worst for trying to schedule an appointment.. someone from scheduling was suppose to call me. never did. i ended up calling my dr to get the number 1 hr holding for the next available repesentative this is totally unacceptable wait time something needs to be fixed in the central scheduling department
Last week, I spent over 2 hours trying to get through on 215 4813926 number to schedule MRI; today another 2 hours to schedule another test, finally got through to a live person who took my info and put me on hold (30 minutes) during which the call disconnected. She didn't call me back. Dear Abington Memorial managers, this is unacceptable, please fix this!
