I came in early that morning in a lot of pain and Barbara was so professional and empathetic. She was one of the kindest, most attentive Jefferson medical staff I've ever met. I've had some challenges with Jefferson healthcare staff and the insurance system, but this was a great experience. The doctor and front desk staff were also very professional, but Barbara was exceptional.
