Good luck. My ankle swelled up and I just knew I had the Gout. While at work, I looked up an urgent care and found this one. And it had appointments. I went on my lunch thinking I had an appt but when I arrived, there was a 1 hour wait. Evidently, 7 other people had the same appt time. After the wait, I was seen and given an xray which showed no broken bones or presence of Gout. So at this point, they were out of ideas and sent me on my way. I’m leaving a negative review solely because of the way patient privacy was handled in the waiting room. If you work in a medical facility, patients should not be asked to explain what they are being seen for in front of an entire waiting room. That information is private and is nobody else’s business. While sitting there, I was able to hear the reason nearly every patient was checking in and what medical concerns they were experiencing. That is completely inappropriate and needs to be addressed. Both Barbara (the nurse) and Bazz (the nurse practitioner) were awesome. They were super efficient and very knowledgeable and kind.
