Just left this location and did not feel welcomed at all by the nurse whom only given the name Ashley. She was telling me everything they don’t do and if I was to take any test and it come back that it’s normal I’ll get billed because they want “us” to start going to our regular doctors for regular checkups which was not what I was there for. Staff got me in right away, and were very respectful, courteous, and helpful.
I registered online to advise I was coming in to be seen. There was no wait and the whole staff was super professional, informative and friendly. Definitely my favorite urgent care!
I have had excellent service here every time I come. I never have to wait long, they have an X-ray machine.
Friendly, polite, staff kept things moving even though crowded.
