Extremely negative experience here. Tried to explain my symptoms to the nurse and she laughed at me and wouldn’t take me seriously. Then she went to go talk to the doctor outside of my room and heard her speaking very negatively about me and invalidating my symptoms. Felt extremely uncomfortable after being treated this way and will probably never return
Billing really sucks. The front desk recorded my info incorrectly, and it's been a big pain to try to pay this.
They were very rude there. They made me wait for hours. I had hand pain and a broken thumb I believe. They took people before me who came in after me. When they finally brought me back to the room, they had me wait very long again. When Dr Naeemah Alston came in the room finally she repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over about my hand and thumb. I answered all her questions. Polite service at front desk. Waited shorter than expected. Nurse Abbey was wonderful!
What’s the point of appointments when they are ignored and you still have to wait for over an hour. Absolutely no help and I’m outraged at the lack of care
