Friendly, polite, staff kept things moving even though crowded.
0 stars if possible. Would not recommend. Excessively long wait times and money making at its finest. I had a terrible cough for over a week and no prescription was given by the NP- just told to come back in a few days if I didn’t improve. Underwent a series of excessive tests/xrays with no conclusions. I went to another urgent care the next day and was diagnosed with a serious sinus infection and given antibiotics immediately- they were appalled by the lack of care I received at this facility.
Terrible experience for two years! Tried one more time and had the same experience of being sick having to go back to get diagnosed correctly. Still sick over a week after waiting 4 hours to be seen a week ago. I went in today to bet met by the same rude front office girl. She may profile certain people. This is like Walmart service!
