RecommendedGoing on my 3rd year here. I love it here. Very quite here. I am on 2nd floor. Laundry rm. end of hall. Another laundry rm. on 4th floor. Place kept very clean by maintenance crew. Also ev. one has there own parking space. Also nice grounds that are kept in good shape. Office staff very accommodating to tenants. I am looking forward to spring so I can enjoy reading on my screened in porch. I am happy here and have nice neighbors.

Now called The Clairmont. This dump is far from luxury living. Loud construction all the time. Issues with hot water / leaking water. Huge potholes in lot. Sad 2nd hand gym. Way to many loud dogs & dog poop everywhere. Not worth the price. You can find better for less.
