I was a patient of Dr. Melissa Lee. Due to a number of emergencies, I missed several appointments BUT always communicated with them and rescheduled most. I was very disappointed to receive a letter from her stating that she was dropping me as a patient. I truly understand the importance of not being able to keep an appointment.
