Sent me for a CT for lower abdominal pain. Three frightening results, not related to the original reason for my CT were discovered. When NP Katrina Ratcliff's nurse called, she said I was "all clear" for a colonoscopy. When I asked about the other results, she responded "That's not surgical". There was no concern, no referral, no show of care. If I didn't have access to MyChart online, I wouldn't have even KNOWN about the other issues. This complete lack of compassion or concern for a patient is horrifying.
Typical ballad facility. Lost my wife's order twice and then wouldn't do a verbal authorization for her ultrasound for a hernia! Made her late to pick up our autistic son because she kept waiting for an authorization after going NPO. Save your money, go to Knoxville, Asheville or Roanoke.

Still having problems from surgery over a year later. Hitchcock was very vague describing what surgery was for. "I dont know" was her words. I had to ask for pathology reports to find out what she removed. I asked for MRI imaging before surgery but she decided not to.. Very rough when assessing post surgical site.
