Very professional and polite care from all of the staff. They honestly seem to care about your well being. I greatly appreciate them. Very different from where I changed from Carillon.
Ballad health urges patients to use MyChart, which is great, but then they waste your time asking the same questions you already answered in MyChart when you e-checked in. I don’t understand it. I just uploaded a perfect picture of my insurance card. Why do you need to upload another one a day later!? Either embrace MyChart or don’t, but stop asking patients to use it if you aren’t going to.
