Stephanie was very polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about how to deal with my tequest.
I've had this unit for about 9 or 10 months now. They emailed a 30-day notice that the unit would be going up $30 more a month, due to their annual increase. I called them to verify and was told they do this every year, for every unit, at every property. Also, it was said the property is gated with a code. A visit to the property would show otherwise.
