Dr Pelli..she is one of a kind. I was diagnosed with bipolar when I was 27 I went to Watauga Behavioral health/Frontier Health since 2003, not once did I have a doctor try to help me sincerely, all I kept getting was thrown under the bus. I’m not sure how others were giving her such good reviews. I walked into the intake appointment in July 2021 with high hopes of meeting someone understanding and respectful. I’ve seen multiple psychiatrists over the years and I’ve never been so disappointed. I cannot in good conscious recommend Dr. Pelly to anyone I know and after speaking to my other doctors, they’ve taken her off their lists for referring clients. Completely unprofessional and rude.
Due to a mental chemical imbalance, I've had to see several psychologists over my lifetime. I consider myself BLESSED, lucky, and very fortunate, to have crossed paths with Dr Pelly and her staff! Treated with care, respect, and without doubt one of the most knowledgeable Psych Doctors around. ( maybe at Mayo Clinic or a University) . She spent 3.5 hours on my first visit as she done my intake. 5 star office, staff, Dr for sure!!
