This place has the best workers and the owner is great! The gym has a very family friendly atmosphere as well. Great gym to get a good lift in for the price!

Great gym awesome customer service perfect size not to busy priced perfectly suports military discount and other. Perfect size for beginner to expert and equipment is in excellent condition has everything you need couldn't ask for better gym I've tried all in abingdon this has to be the best by far friendly and helpful staff friendly members great atmosphere clean bathrooms and showers all around perfect family owned gym.
