RecommendedWithout hesitation, I highly recommend Abingdon ENT and their staff! I was recently fitted with a hear aid by Dr. O'Donnell and he has been OUTSTANDING through out this process. Their facility is clean and COVID compliant! Cost was reasonable and I score them and him, a 10 out of 10!
I've been going to Abingdon ENT for almost a year now for allergy injections. Well today something didn't agree with me and I had a very scary reaction to the shot. Dr. Hubbard and the team were very quick and efficient in getting it under control and following up to make sure I was okay. This could have turned out a lot worse had they not acted as quickly as they did. I'm so very grateful for them! ***Reactions can happen. That's why they have you stat after your shot to be safe***
Had an appointment through the Veterans Administration for June 23. Upon arrival was treated rudely by someone from the back office informing me that they didn’t take Tricare West. I tried to explain that I had waited over six months to get seen by the VA to get this referral and that they had accepted the appointment through Va and even had contacted me that I was scheduled. I went to Abingdon ENT for assistance with some needed hearing aid supplies. I met audiologist Martin O'Donnell who was new in the office. He made some adjustments in my hearing aids for which I will be forever grateful. My hearing improved by 50%. Now I can hear the birds, the rain, and so many things that I was not hearing. Thank you again Martin O'Donnell. You have my highest recommendation for your interest and concern of my hearing issues.5+out of 5
