RecommendedWe had a wonderful time at Abineau Lodge. Wendy made us feel so welcome, and it is beautifully done, and spotlessly clean.
Stayed here a few weeks ago, and we would definitely stay again. If you want a place that isn't far from activities, but offers a peaceful, quiet stay out of the hubbub of town, this place will deliver that! Hospitable hosts, good food & comfortable room!

I used to love this lodge, but will no longer be recommending them or staying with them. Be warned, they cancel your reservations without consideration of your travel plans and offer NO consolation. One week before my scheduled travel, they have cancelled my stay without any concern for my plans. I am extremely upset with Melita Stoup and have no idea how they consider this a professional business practice. I miss Wendy for sure. Highly disappointed. “Unliking”.

Its a very friendly environment. The workers here are very nice. I felt like i was at home...
Very nice place to chill and eat. They are open in the Winter so go by and support them.
Fantastic B&B if you are looking for friendly people, beautiful surroundings & quiet seclusion.
