I had an amazing experience working with Mark Hendel, MSW. I have never met Mark, in person, but I feel like I have known him forever. He picked up the phone every time I called and made me feel immediately at ease. Mark was a wealth of information and provided both exceptional direction and comfort, at a very difficult time. I was very unexpectedly in the position where I had to make decisions that were very difficult. Mark and his team jumped into action and educated me on the different options that my family and I had for my Mother. There is a lot of information to consider when deciding what is right for your loved one and Ability Senior Care had the expertise to guide me through the process and do a lot of the leg work for me! Mark Hendel is probably the most helpful, honest, detail oriented, thorough and caring people I have meet in the last 12 months since my father needed to leave his home of 20 years. My father moved to Andara Senior Lifestyle a year ago. HORRIBLE experience for him or anyone who needs more than an apartment and three meals.
