The work looks great , couple minor communication problems but all and all a good experience. Still needs to be tested this winter but I think it will solve our problem.
This was a huge job. Old sump pump went out - so Team Ability Plus Drainage to the rescue. They re-trenched, put in a new drain pipe, gravel and new system - Plus a 5 yr guarantee. Guys were polite and very hard working - very satisfied. Thank You
An incredible and hard-working team that treated us and our home with an unbelievable level of care. We were given a lot of communication, education, and expectations every step of the way, and - despite a week of hard work digging - you wouldn't even be able to spot where things were dug up at a glance! I would highly recommend Ability Plus to anyone needing work done, or even help diagnosing issues and making a plan on how to tackle them!
Had a great experience with Ability Plus Drainage. They assessed our basement water problem and proposed a common sense approach to addressing. The work crew was extremely professional leaving the work site clean and tidy after every work day. They were prompt and professional in all communications including being clear and transparent when issues were encountered. Would totally recommend.
I contacted Ability Plus Drainage to obtain a bid for a basement drainage/sump pump project. Greg came to my home, reviewed the project with me, and told me I would receive a proposal the following day. That did not happen. After several days and multiple follow-ups, I was told the proposal had been misplaced with the wrong person. When I finally received something, it was a $150 proposal to scope the existing rain drain—not a proposal for the basement work I had asked them to bid.
