Great knowledge and program to get me recovered from a ACL surgery quickly and effectively!
Went to see Lori when I was 9 months post-op from an ACL and Postero-Lateral Corner reconstruction in my right knee. Struggled to regain confidence/strength in my afflicted leg which impacted my active ROM. Lori was the kick in the rear that I needed. After a couple sessions of assessing what worked and what didnt, she reset my expectations and ramped up my progress. Lori took care of my upper back which was killing me. On my second visit she said she wouldn't be surprised if I didn't need to come back... She was right. No nonsense, truly took care of the problem.
Lori is excellent! She created a strength training plan that really helped, listens well, and is an all around a great person to work with. Would recommend to anyone looking for a PT.
Lori is an extremely gifted Therapist, she had my issue figured out after just two sessions! Can't say enough good things about her, she is smart, funny and takes your health and wellbeing down to it's core to build it back up the right way. Its been two years since I have needed her and I am still using exercises and thought processes that she armed me with. I will always return to her if I ever need to.
