Beware of Auto-renewal tactics used by this organization. Despite speaking to someone who said they were my Acct. Executive and expressing to her we would not be using Ability she made no attempt to explain that we were already being billed although we were getting no service from them and they are seeking payment for an additional two years. I left multiple messages with no response.

illegally billing me for 3 cycles with no service; when contacted does not respond to emails. After being a loyal customer of mdon-line for almost 20 years one would think they would honor our relationship.
