This is the worst management company. Do not use them. They have a CAM Phylis Krause who distributed personal identifying info without authority in violation of state and fed law. An owner, Dennis Livey who does not even respond to emails and basically tells you to bad. No one is held accountable and they fail to send late notices or foreclosure notices costing the homeowners thousands. Horrible company not on the BBB and won't answer those complaints either. Friendly staff inside but too many employees smoking near the entrance. Ended up waiting on one to finish her cigarette on my way in and then had to go out a different door because Another was standing by the exit smoking a cigarette as I was trying to leave.
