Given this agency a 1 is way to much, MS jones who does intake is so rude! She is money hungry and does not care about any client or there family. She was nice to me while trying to win me over as a client. Once that happened she was difficult saying all she makes is $2 per hour that the client works. She will not honor any respite hours at all. She was rude to her employee telling her if she went to my home to care for my mother it would be for free. I can’t even express how much I’m blessed to have this agency as a provider for home care services !! I have never had any issues whatsoever with the owner , she knows her work and she does it right , always on time for the updates and very caring compassionate person , and that’s what we need for special need . Thank you
