From the first day we contacted Melissa and then General Manager Steve, the relationship has cordial and non-stressful. We felt that both did everything possible to help us be able to buy the vehicle we wanted. We couldn't have found a better place to purchase a handicap van.
Whist booking the vehicle from the UK for our holiday Deborah really looked after us. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Upon arrival to orlando we had been sent detailed instructions of how to collect the vehicle and where it was located. The vehicle was exactly what we needed for my sons wheelchair. I really appreciated the level of assistance and clear details in collecting and then leaving the vehicle. Will definitely use the company again for our next visit. Thank you
