I had to fly in from out of state, and I needed a handicap accessible van that was capable of holding a mobility scooter. I notified united access and spoke with Deborah. She was so helpful. In an area that I had no idea what I was doing and in an unfamiliar city, she was able to give me all the facts and all the paperwork that I needed for them. The whole process was seamless. Pick up and drop off were easy and we got an excellent vehicle which did everything we needed it to do. Debrah was extremely kind and helpful and always available to answer any questions we had.
