Whist booking the vehicle from the UK for our holiday Deborah really looked after us. She was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Upon arrival to orlando we had been sent detailed instructions of how to collect the vehicle and where it was located. The vehicle was exactly what we needed for my sons wheelchair. I really appreciated the level of assistance and clear details in collecting and then leaving the vehicle. Will definitely use the company again for our next visit. Thank you
I worked with both Steve and Deborah on booking my wheelchair accessible van while on my family vacation in FL. They were both friendly, professional and so easy to work with. The communication was great, the vehicle was just what we needed and the whole process of pick up and drop off went smoothly.

I had to fly in from out of state, and I needed a handicap accessible van that was capable of holding a mobility scooter. I notified united access and spoke with Deborah. She was so helpful. In an area that I had no idea what I was doing and in an unfamiliar city, she was able to give me all the facts and all the paperwork that I needed for them.
