I called Mobility Works looking for a rental wheelchair van. I spoke with Danea who helped me get just what I wanted with the service that I needed. A very professional and cheerful experience that exceeded my expectations.
Thank you, Danea and Derrick, for making our rental experience truly exceptional from the very beginning until the very end. Derrick, in particular, was incredibly helpful in showing us the ropes and teaching us how to operate the vehicle effectively. As you can see, my mother-in-law is smiling. She enjoyed some fresh air and a trip to the casino. We will definitely use this service again in the future.
Very friendly and helpful and felt the compassion the staff had for their customers. They have also done follow ups and are willing to come help me get my husband better trained going in and out of the van.
