The entire United Access team, especially Tristan, helped me out of a situation with an unreliable and unsafe van. I had a really tight window that I needed a new van and they were able to, miraculously, get the job done! They really went out of their way. I had previously been with them (the Ability Center) for 18 years. I made a huge mistake and went elsewhere (Mobility Works) when I bought a new van. Please don't make the same mistake . Initial appointment setting and visit was 5* with Tristan. I felt accommodated and listened to. I was told he specializes with some of the city and state agencies looking to help provide assistance in the purchase of a wheelchair access van. Toured the facility and the vehicles. I was definitely looking to purchase from Tristan. He had a wealth of knowledge and genuinely seemed like he cared about helping. Fast forward a couple days and I was ghosted.
