I have been through 3 vehicles with United Access of San Diego and will continue to have my cars only converted through them. They have always been a pleasure to work with and have always been their when I needed them with exceptional customer service.

12/6/2024: Everything went fine when booking and scheduling the job with Tristan. Expensive but that's how hand controls are. The job started on time and I was able to stay in the shop while working. My request was to install the controls as close to the steering column as possible and tucked in so I could reach them without letting go of the wheel. Like my previous car. Last week Tristan helped me repair my radio in our 2017 Pacifica van! He enthusiastically went the extra mile to make sure my disabled son Stacy would be able to hear his beloved Pearl Jam band on our excursions back and forth each week from Escondido!! This simple radio repair was not a life and death circumstance. Still, Tristan performed as though it was—going out of his way to be sure our goal was completed on time and that son Stacy heard his music!!! Had a problem with our wheelchair ramp and showed up without an appointment at 8:00 on a Monday. Ken the GM and Eddie the service tech pretty much dropped what they were doing to help me out. Eddie had it fixed and I was out within an hour. Anyone that has a wheelchair ramp van knows the importance getting problems handled as quickly as possible and this was very much appreciated!
