Wow what a great company, Everyone at United Access went above and beyond my needs, they are very knowledgeable and caring about what needs I had. As soon as you enter the building every one will help you and ask if you need a water especially in this summer heat. I could not have asked for more support from United Access, from the front end staff that was so friendly both on the phone making the appointment, to the mechanic who came in on a Saturday to work on my truck, to Hector on the sales staff. I have used United Access for both my truck seat to transport my son and another an automatic door opener a few years ago in my home (3rd opener in 3 different houses they have installed in the past 30+ years). Everyone at the United Access in Phoenix was professional, Knowledgeable and helpful. They got my handicap accessible van prepared for me to start using hand controls. My husband & I can't say enough about the very kind and caring people from United Access. I have ALS and we needed to replace our car quickly with a mobility van. Lenny listened to our needs physically & financially and found the perfect van for us in a very short period of time.
