My daughter was a client at the home on Corbin avenue New Britain. It was a horrible experience and she is definitely still haunted by the things that has happened at the house. Between staff being rude and disrespectful and my daughter being singled out when it came down to staff doing their job they would make my daughter feel less than and would make her stay home while they would choose to bring out other clients. They would not make her a dinner for thanksgiving because it was too much work for just one girl left behind... read more
2nd shoft staff very unprofessional. Rude and not attentive. Been to various similar placements, this is one location I would be hesitant to place a love one.
