Wow! I can't praise enough how happy and impressed I am with Ability's Air's fast and competent service!! He was spot on in finding and fixing the problem and in no time, we had cold air again - yes!
On Monday I contacted Ability Air regarding a non emergency issue with my AC. On the following morning, John and Jacob arrived and were able to immediately identify and address the issue. John and Jacob were very prompt and personable. They explained the issue and the corrective measures they took to fix the problem. My son has also used Ability Air and has been happy with their services. The cost of my repair was good. I highly recommend Ability Air for AC/HVAC issues. I’ve used these guys for 5 years for maintenance and they’ve put in two units for me. Always been honest and upfront with pricing too. Love to support this company! EDIT it's been almost 10 years for us now and John gives such incredible service. He babies my AC units and knows them well. I am part of his monthly preventative plan, which I highly recommend. Today was not the first time he was at my house 30 minutes after I called him telling him my unit wasn't working on a July Florida day. HIGHLY recommend!
