They took forever to come out. Then they charged me even though they fixed nothing.
This is now highway plumbing. Vicente the dispatcher was very knowledgeable and had patience. He stayed over hes scheduled time to figure out what was wrong. Receptionist is very sweet and helpful.
I was nervous because all the bad reviews. But I ended up having a good experience.. I was satisfied with the service. Isaac showed up on time and went straight to work. Fixed both issues and left it clean. Thank you.
They lie on the reports yes my fault by losing the water knob and I get it but one think I won't tolerate is lies in life and this guys lie he said I disassembled the whole water plumbing if I did why would called the insurance it makes no sense but anyways in the future any plumbing issue I get I won't be letting take over my claim . PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM A CHANCE LIKE I DID YOU WOULD END UP LOSING THE DEDUCTIBLE MONEY . JUST LOOK AT THE REVIEWS.
very unprofessional. They lack the customer service. A guy showed up in my house with his teenage son. he is teaching his son the trade on the job. They don't know how to handle things. They are black and white and can't use common sense to fix issues. They would lie and tell you whatever so they can leave. Once they leave they submit different report to the warranty company and that's how they get their money and move on.
