So far, I have gotten the impression that the providers don’t want you to rely on the VA primarily. My PCM tried to encourage me to use other insurance that I have for my concerns which are service connected. She literally stated “This is the VA” as in don’t expect to actually get taken care of even if you have service connected disabilities. She literally stated “This is the VA”. My provider wanted me to schedule my next appointment with her a year from when I saw her and I’m about ready to switch teams. They have all those people working there, but every time I come in there it’s damn near empty.

I had an outstanding experience at the VA Clinic thanks to the exceptional care provided by Team 4. Nurse Erica and Nurse Practitioner Amber were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout my visit. They took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and made me feel genuinely cared for. It’s reassuring to know that veterans are in such capable and caring hands. Thank you to the entire Team 4 staff and everyone else there for your dedication and excellent service!
