From the moment we arrived, every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure he felt comfortable and supported. Absolute dumbest receptionist, I went in at 640 to make sure I was at the right location and told me yes had me wait till 720 to finally bring me up to tell me I’m at the wrong location. Absolute worst customer service I think it’s time for her to retire. Gesh.
I had a great visit. The doctor that did my daughters surgery was great. He came to talk to my 4 year to calm her and did great. Every single nurse there did a wonderful job had great personalities and was always talking to my daughter keeping her calm. Even when she woke up and freaked out.
