I took my tub shower spray head in to see about a replacement. The guys at Abilene Plumbing Supply found the part number and told me they could order it - cost was over $200. BUT, they recommended (before spending $200) that I check with the manufacturer - they said many times the manufacturer would replace at no charge. So, I did what they suggested and now I have a new tub shower spray head for the cost of shipping - under $8. Thank you!! Abilene Plumbing Supply - what GREAT customer service!!
Wish I could give it 10 stars. Friendly, courteous, very professional. I needed to replace some shower stems. I thought it was going to be a simple fix, but turned out to be a little more complicated.... Their pros helped me figure it out and saved us hundreds.
