A special shout out to Ms. Benavidez a financial representative at Hendrick. I believe God puts people in your path for a purpose. Unfortunately, my son recently lost medical coverage under my plan and is being treated for a medical condition. She was a blessings. She literally walked us through all the necessary procedures to obtain assistance. I will forever be grateful to Ms. Benavidez! She is the epitome of an excellent and diligent customer service representative and Hendrick Health is fortunate to have her.
I would like to recognize John from Food and Nutrition Services at Hendrick South. During my mother’s stay between June 15-June 21, 2026. John consistently provided exceptional service. He was always kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. One day he even went downstairs to get her coffee and liquid creamer.
