I was a resident of Abilene North Apartments since June. The original management was amazing and helpful. They kept the apartment complex safe and clean. However, once there was a change in management, everything was different. None of the HUD laws seemed to matter anymore. I lost my job after moving in, but was declared under the CDC's eviction moratorium as safe from being evicted. I was looking for work and working on making a payment plan for the rent and late fees. I am currently employed by the NEW management company who has taken over Abilene North from years of mismanagement and people who just didn't care. Although the reviews below may not be lies, I can promise this property is not ran that way anymore. We bust our tails to make it a home! Give it a chance before you judge it off the past!
