I have been a member for a year and have been going there for much longer than that. The range is always well maintained and the staff has never been anything but helpful and friendly. I have never seen anything but high customer service there. We have shopped and bought weapons there and always gotten a great deal.
Super friendly folks with a great range of rental guns including full-auto. Rock and roll!
My experience has been great with purchases and using the shooting range here.
The staff is perpetually rude and obnoxious. Became a member because it is the only indoor range in town, but after a few visits I can no longer stomach the interactions with the personnel.
Great trainers and Great experience shooting indoor. So happy we got our CHL here.
Pne of the best Ranges ive been in. I'm nit sure why someone would rant abiut customer service, ive never seen anyrhing but great things and ive been going there for over 2 years. All the staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, especially in the gun shop in the back. I love the shooting ranges and lanes. This pmace is a top Quality One for Range, and Big Jim and his crew are stellar- I'm a 29yr Military vet and have been to a lot of ranges, but this one is Top Notch
