The staff is always helpful. They assisted me in choosing the right handgun and gave me a free short lesson in firing it. They also assisted me with my first time firing of my shotgun. They are always friendly and courteous.
Overpriced all around and arrogant.
$700 to overnight a rifle? And 5 days later you still have it in your store?

First off we would like to apologize to anyone and everyone that was directly affected by this situation. The package was dropped off Thursday after UPS had already came by for the day and a shipping label was made for it. It was intended to get sent out the next day when UPS came again. The delivery person overlooked the outgoing packages when he came by and did not pick up any of them. Our shipping/receiving person is not here on Saturday and Sunday. The Manager was informed on Sunday that it was still there. We could not ... read more
