They have lost my business. If you won't stand behind the products you sell then you shouldn't sell them. All the responsibility is placed on the customer to solve the problem with the weapon. After 4 factory repairs on a gun that never worked correctly, I was offered 1/3 of the price I paid for a supposed high quality weapon. Very poor customer service.
Ordered a new Black Hog AR on Tuesday and it was ready for pickup today. Excellent service from Austin, Travis and James. Will be going back for them to build me another.

3 years ago my wife and I received our CHL training and became members of Abilene Indoor Gun Range. We rented many handguns, received expert instruction and bought our weapons there. Denny recommended the perfect handgun for our daughter to shoot for the first time. We highly recommend this gun range to anyone that ask and we get asked a lot.
I went to the Abilene Indoor Gun Range today to buy a Case knife, but no one ever asked me if I needed help or if I wanted to look at a knife. I waited by the knife case for about 15 minutes. (visible to the 2 workers at the front counter). They seemed more interested in helping the people who were coming in to shoot. Too bad for them, since my purchase would probably have been more than the fee to shoot. I left and went to Cavender's and was waited on right away, plus there was an extra 15% off on Case knives!
You get to shoot at targets that look like zombies!
Family and I always like target shooting. I do wish there was a rapid course for LEO.
