I called for an appointment and got the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my life. She THOUGHT she "knew it all." First, she asked if I had an HMO or PPO. I told her my policy was neither. Before I could explain, she informed me that it had to be one or the other. I tried to tell her about my policy and she interrupted me and said "JUST LOOK in the TOP CORNER and it will tell you what it is."
