Our family has nothing but good things to say about both the receptionist/technicians and the Optometrist. They are very focused on the health of your eyes and the things that you can do to make it better if that is necessary. They are even able to replace some lenses the same day, depending on availability. Special prescriptions take up to 2 weeks, but they are able to give you a payment plan if needed.
I moved here from Austin and have tried a couple other places. This team has been my favorite. The are don’t have 20 different apps to order glasses and contacts like the other places and the team is legit trying to get you in and out with no upsale shenanigans. Thank you!
The staff was so helpful..The doctor she was amazing..She really helpful..I will be going back to do my eye exam hear..
Called to schedule an appt and the lady that answered the phone is very rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Edit: If I thought you were the doctor and not the rude secretary I would email you. I promise you it’s the right facility and the review is deserved.
