Horrible place! I went for an exam, was asked if I wanted to try daily contacts because I've had problems with dry eyes. NO ONE told me that it would result in not being eligible for new glasses on my insurance. I called the insurance, they told me to call the office and request the billing be corrected as it showed that I was charged for trial contacts. When I called, I was not only told that they would not do it, I was interrupted, and basically told too bad! Too bad people can't be up front. Hope you can sleep at night wh... read more
