After giving up and leaving the south side ADC lab when they couldn't find my faxed order, I thought if I called ahead to this lab to make sure the order was here I could avoid the same frustration. Wrong! When I called, she confirmed my name and doctor, said the order was there on the fax. Literally ten minutes later I checked in and they couldn't find the order. Had to call my doctor and get him to refax. So sick of this. It should not be this difficult to pee in a cup.
