Do not use this clinic if you have a sick baby or need urgent care. My son was sick for 6 days I made 3 ER visits and called the doctor on call twice and was told he was fine. Fever of 104.8 is ok apparently and the only time it’s alarming for a baby is at 106. Nobody answers the phone and when they do your hung up on. I was told my son was fine with fever no eating or drinking and I asked if he would need to be seen in the clinic Dr Speer said no, unless you want me to show you how to give Tylenol. I finally drove to Fort W... read more

My child’s doctor is absolutely wonderful. She is compassionate, thorough, and has always taken great care of my daughters. We truly appreciate the medical care we receive here. However, I recently had a very upsetting experience with the front office staff. I dropped off a disability placard form for my daughter, and I was called and told it was ready for pickup. Dr. Shah took the time to listen to our concerns, completed a thorough exam, provided us with information, things to look out for, a plan of action, and took time to get to the root cause of our visit. This has been our experience with him every visit. We have been going there for years.

My daughter was in shambles to the point where she said “I don’t ever ... read more

Some how my review got deleted so I’ll make it short, DO NOT GO TO NATHAN SPEER!! He has no idea what he is talking about. He tried to tell us my one week old had CMV and would need to take medication that would cause his blood count to drop, I demanded a retest and they left my child’s foot prick out too long and made my ONE WEEK OLD get a blood drawn via an IV. I will never forget my babies scream. Told us the CMV would cause blindness and developmental milestones to be delayed. And they NEVER DID A RESTEST THEY TOOK MY BA... read more
