We truly could not have asked for a better realtor than Abby. I grew up with Abby, so when my husband and I were ready to buy our first home, there was never a question about who we wanted to work with. As first-time homebuyers, we knew almost nothing about the process, and Abby guided us through every single step with so much patience, kindness, and expertise. No matter how many questions we had (and we had a lot!), Abby always made time for us. Whether it was a quick text, a phone call after a long workday, or even answeri... read more
I can’t recommend Abby highly enough! From the very beginning, she was organized, knowledgeable, and an outstanding communicator. She always kept me informed, answered every question with patience, and made the entire home-buying process feel so much less overwhelming. My second showing was especially memorable because Abby’s dad, who is also in the real estate business, joined us. His experience and insight were incredibly helpful, and it was during that showing that I found the perfect home. We submitted an offer, and it w... read more
Working with Abby was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us find the right home. No matter the time or day, she was always just a phone call away and responded promptly to every question or concern we had, which made the entire process feel so much less stressful. Her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. She guided us through every step with confidence and clarity, making sure we understood all of our option... read more
My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Abby on selling our home. It was not an easy feat as the house was on the market longer than we originally had expected. Throughout the process Abby never gave up hope on selling our house and after a few months the perfect buyer came in for a quick close. From showing, paperwork, inspections; working with Abby was a breeze. If you’re looking for an agent to help get your home sold you can’t go wrong with Abby at Rose Homes! Will definitely recommended to anyone I know in the... read more
Abby was referred to me by my bank. I was a little scared at first trusting someone I don’t know with such a big life changing purchase, but Abby was like a ray of sunshine from day 1. Not only was such kind and professional, she was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to give me multiple references for everything I needed and everyone I chose was amazing. She didn’t push me towards anything and really listened to my needs and worries. Abby was truly like the best friend you need in your corner fighting and rooting for you... read more
