I had an awful experience with Natalie. She treats her customers terribly… do not recommend
I do not recommend Abigail Grace Florals. My partner and I paid our deposit and subsequently had to reduce our order. We provided Natalie with ample notice, being over 6 months prior to our event. The following interactions we had with Natalie were very difficult. Natalie decided that she was no longer interested in providing a service for us, and cancelled our order. REAL REVIEW: Please reconsider before going ahead with Abigail Grace florals! I reduced my flower order after paying a deposit and Natalie called me and cancelled the order on me altogether without giving us a choice. She then withheld $400 of the deposit, which we are still trying to recover and it’s been over 2 months. The funds of the deposit that was refunded, was paid in 5 instalments over 5 weeks!
