I was on a ship in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, tripped over a chair and broke my arm. The ship doctor was able to put a brace on it and wrap it until we could get to land, which was five days To New Zealand. I called Dr. Boduch and she calmed me down and said if I came home, she would do everything possible to operate ASAP.
