Abigael, Bianca and the bloodwork tech did such a wonderful job listening to me and were very thorough. The check-in desk lady was so kind and helpful, as well! I had a lot of questions, referral, prescription and blood work needs and they were patient and made sure I felt like everything was addressed fully. Finding a good doctor in Dallas is so hard especially navigating insurance along with it- and from the time I walked in to when I left I was so relieved to have found such a helpful place!
We love our family PA! She is so thorough compared to any provider I’ve ever seen. She truly wants to help and keeps me accountable for my health goals. I saw the bad review below and she doesn’t like to go into detail on portal messages feeling like health problems have to be discussed in person which I understand. BUT, she has sent in meds on a Saturday night when I was in a pinch and when she was on vacation. She’s wonderful and she will be an asset to our family for years to come.
I don’t know what Billy ole pal is talking about, but Miss Dollens PA-c has been an amazing provider and has given me a great experience. I didn’t expect any special privileges, I set my appointments as asked and she was able to help me with so many things other providers wouldn’t listen to me about. Thanks Miss Dollens. Please never leave your clinic or I will be so sad.
I hope others have a more pleasant experience with Miss Dollens, PA-C than I did. After 3 visits, I was totally done! I sent a message over the portal where she informed me that if I wanted medical advice, I would need to make an appointment. Clearly Miss Dollens is about making money and not the critical care of her patient. So I did just that, I made another appointment where I was accused of not taking my medication and not staying in touch with my ID Doctor, which I see every 3 months. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
