If I could leave less than one star I would. I lived in the park for over 2 years, that came to a sudden end when my neighbor began threatening my wife and I's life. I provided video evidence to the park manager and Hurst and Son's corporate office and they couldn't care less. They don't enforce any of their guidelines in the park. The people who live there are doing their BEST to work hard to pay their bills and rent to live there, by the way this is after working hard to purchase their mobile home, and as far as I can tell from MULTIPLE homeowners they feel like the new owners have upped the rent, which is NOT AFFORDABLE on a fixed income or sometimes even with a two person income.
