I would just like to say that this business has donated to several things I have been involved with in the past. I am very appalled by all of the lies surrounding the owner turning away a benefit for someone with stage 4 cancer. Before people jump on the bad mouthing bandwagon because of something they were told, I would hope that you all know the FACTS. What this woman is "claiming" was said WAS NOT! Food is great. Service SUCKS standing at counter along with 5 other people for 10 min before being acknowledged then being told ur order will be 10 more min when it should have been done 10 min before u arrived get better and more help
Highly disappointed in the customer service. I work at a company who orders out quite frequently. Today we placed an order here, we had seperate orders and were paying with cards. We were flat out told not to call back and order if we are paying with all cards again. Welll glad to know you dont want our money, and we will spend it somewhere else. And I will continue to spread the word on your crappy customer service.
I am highly disappointed that I try to order a pizza with a coupon and add a topping(which I would pay for)and you refused to accommodate me! You are in the customer service business, your job is to make the customers happy, not refuse a request made by someone who wants to try your food for the first time. This has left a very sour taste in my mouth for your business. Maybe you don't need my business, but I wanted to try your food FOR THE FIRST TIME, now there will be no first time.
