My personal experience at this facility was pure hell…the beds were uncomfortable, there was no hand soap and even if there were there was not a significant water flow…most of the staff were possessed with demons as they took great pride in antagonizing the patients…I called the police and EMT help twice and was denied medical treatment by a person that was not in a position to deny me that right…there are a few gems there and one is Dr Malik…he is professional despite his workload and he is kind…his bedside manner is impecc... read more
The person at customer service I this office today was very rude and discriminatory, I explains about my son is adult but with a condition CP, And I asked her for appointment but was impossible. I have a power attorney for my son, also very impatient with my slow English, everything says NO NO No
Dr Malik was very good, and helpful. He is a hard worker and always came early in the morning to see patients right away. When I needed special help and special attention he was able to come see me first rather than starting in other units. I am so thankful for his help which was such a blessing to me in the hospital.
