I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ABI Document Support Services In my experience, the service has been consistently disorganized and unreliable. Subpoenas often remain stagnant for extended periods, and records are not provided within expected timeframes. Communication is minimal, with little to no proactive updates unless follow-up is repeatedly initiated. Not responsive at all, called and left several messages pertaining to records we ordered and no response. Their operator was extremely rude and not helpful. I would recommend any other company but ABI.
