This company is very incompetent. They have been requesting some documents from my office for months now, I have sent messages, sent emails and even uploaded the files and I'm still getting notifications.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING ABI Document Support Services In my experience, the service has been consistently disorganized and unreliable. Subpoenas often remain stagnant for extended periods, and records are not provided within expected timeframes. Communication is minimal, with little to no proactive updates unless follow-up is repeatedly initiated.
